Tub with custom made enclosure – view from the top
Last week-end we’ve delivered and installed 1.8m diameter gas heated (enviro range) tub with custom made decking and equipment enclosure.
It was a rainy and rather cold day but we’ve managed to put everything together:

Below is a proposed design of the tub with enclosure confirmed with the customer:

As you can see the space was tight just to fit all equipment and hide all those pipes…
On the first day, we’ve put together the actual tub:

Second day, we moved the tub in to its place, finished bench assembly, plumbing and almost all of the framework for deck:

And finally we’ve done enclosure which took us all Saturday and half of the Sunday (good thing that we are keeping our bodies in shape so we can get to the back of the tub đŸ™‚ ):

We used specially designed “wavy”profile (thermo treated European Aspen) for the sides of the enclosure and for the door:
